You may want to know what makes a woman special!!
Yes women are special because of their existence. They love to accomplish things and love to work together to get what they want. Women are the key to sustainable development and quality of life in their family too. She is the sources of inspiration to man.

With all the work they do, there is one work they neglect. They are so busy taking care of everyone else that they aren’t taking care of themselves.
Self care is about taking proper care of yourself and treating yourself as kindly as you treat others. In our day to day life we suffer from various diseases but are not aware of it-


1.We put on body fat.
2.we feel lazyness/tiredness
3.Mood swings
4.hormonal imbalance etc..
On an average women have 6-11 percent more body fat than men. Many research shows that oestrogen reduces a woman’s ability to burn energy after eating,  fat being stored around the body.
Women gain more belly fat. Belly fat refers to fat around the abdomen. According to medical report, belly fat is divided into two part..
1) Visceral:- This fat surrounds a person’s organs.
2) Subcutaneous:- This is fat that sits under the skin.
Excess of belly fat can increase the risk of
*Heart disease
*Breast cancer many more

Some of the reason of stored fat in stomach–
1) Poor Diet
2) Anxiety
3) Poor sleep
4) Too much alcohol 
5) Fast food and etc.

Many of Research also associates belly fat with an increased risk of premature death — regardless of overall weight. In fact, some studies have found that even when women were considered a normal weight based on standard body mass index (BMI) measurements, a large waistline increased the risk of dying of cardiovascular disease.
Though losing fat from this area can be difficult, there are several things you can do to reduce excess abdominal fat.
Such as-
1) improve your deit
2) Eat a high protein diet
3) increase exercise
4) improve sleep pattern
5) Reduce your stress levels
6) Don’t eat a lot of sugary foods
7) Stop drinking fruit juice
8) Change your lifestyle and combine different methods..
There are no other tip to losing belly fat.

Weight loss always requires some effort, commitment determination on your behalf.

Successfully adopting some or all of the strategies and lifestyle goals discussed above will definitely help you lose the extra weight around your waist.
