Flour-1&1/2 cup

Powder sugar-1&1/2 cup

Oil-1&1/2 cup

Egg- 3

Baking powder-1 tsp

Vanilla flavour-3 to 4 drops

Whipped cream-1 cup


Sieve the plain flour and baking powder in a bowl and keep them aside. In another bowl beat eggs and sugar with an electric beater for 2 to 3 minutes till it is light and fluffy. Add remaining flour and again beat for 3 mins. Now add oil and vanilla flavour and beat it with a spatula. Pour the batter in the cake tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 50 minutes.

After baking the cake, cut it in  3 layers and icing the cake with whipped cream.

  • Used food gel color to decorate the cake.
  • Used R11 and leave nozzle for decoration.
  • Sprinkle with edible glitter.

Baking tips for perfect cake:

Don’t over mix the batter.
