Ingredients:
Mutton leg piece
Butter/olive oil
Curd
Ginger-garlic paste
Red chilli powder
Black pepper
Kasturi methi
Red/orange colour
Garam masala powder
Kaaljeera powder
Method–
Marinate the mutton leg pieces with all the ingredients and refrigerate for twelve hours. Place the marinated mutton legs in the microwave for 30 minutes on each side. Garnish it with onion rings,tomatoes, lettuce and lime. Serve it hot.
