Here we have an easy recipe for you. You can prepare healthy and crispy tikkis at home using a few ingredients, which you can enjoy with your cup of tea.
2 cup sabudana
2 Boiled potatoes
Sendha namak to taste
2 Chopped green chillies
2 tbsp Chopped coriander
1 tsp Red chilli powder(optional)
1 tsp Dry mango powder
Oil for cooking
Step 1: Wash sabudana properly and then soak for atleast 4-5 hours.
Step 2: Boil potatoes, peel and mash them. Keep aside.
Step 3: In a bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes.
Step 4: Take a pan, add some oil add cumin seeds.
Step 5: Transfer sabudana mixture to pan and cook for a while. Switch off the flame and let the mix cool.
Step 6: Once it cools, add to a bowl and sprinkle sendha namak, red chilli, dry mango powder and mix well.
Step 7: Next add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies. Mix all well
Step 8: In the same pan, add oil for frying.
Step 9: Using some oil in your palm, make round tikkis using the mixture.
Step 10: Fry the tikkis in oil till golden and crisp.
Transfer to a plate and serve with coriander chutney.
